This covers coenttb.com and email to me. Each product has its own notice.
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Heroku (Salesforce) runs it in Dublin, Ireland. Its log keeps your IP address at most a week, to keep the site safe (my legitimate interest).
Email you send me I use only to answer you (my legitimate interest), and keep two years at most. It sits in iCloud Mail, run by Apple in Ireland.
Both are US companies and may reach this data from the US, under Salesforce’s Binding Corporate Rules and Data Privacy Framework and Apple’s standard contractual clauses.
Ask me at coen@coenttb.com to see, correct, delete, export or limit your data, or to stop using it. Or complain to the Dutch data protection authority or the one where you live.
